The Board will discuss and consider authorizing a public hearing to grant the Town of Culpeper a permanent sidewalk easement on Tax Map No. 50-21D1 as part of the Encompass Building renovations project. 4.0 OLD BUSINESS a. The Board will discuss and consider the Fiberlync Easement and License Agreements, (start time 6:45 PM). 5.0 PUBLIC HEARING 7:00pm - The Board will hold a public hearing to discuss and consider an ordinance amendment to the Culpeper County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 12 (Taxation), Article II -Assessment of Real Estate Devoted to Agricultural, Horticultural, and Forest Uses, that would (i) repeal Sec. 12-18(b), (ii) provide for the removal of certain real estate from use-value assessment and taxation, and (iii) renumber existing Sec. 12-18(c) as Sec. 12-18(b). 6.0 SPECIAL PRESENTATION a. The Board will hear a presentation from Dominion Energy regarding Valley Link Joshua Falls-Yeat Substation, (start time 7:15 PM).
